As a past Etsy Star Seller, I sold my fair share of digital downloads! One point that I made sure everyone knew when they were shopping my store was to make sure a graphic was in the photo gallery for each listing explaining that the buyer is purchasing a digital file and NOT a physical one. It wasn’t enough to put it in the name of the product and in the description, I always had to include it in the photos as well.
