Fall is in the air and September is about to begin. Kids are returning to school, Apple orchards are reopening, and Pumpkin Spice season is upon us. Most importantly, Crochet pattern makers have been dropping new patterns and old favorites have been resurfacing! This post will share with you my 5 favorite fall patterns that I have tried and had success with as an intermediate level crocheter (many of these are beginner friendly).
Unlike other bloggers, I acknowledge that you don’t want to read me ramble on, so let’s jump right in, shall we?
Ghost by Rose and Lily
Level: Beginner
I like this ghost, but my toddler LOVES it. It’s the perfect combo of spooky and cute. Best part? The tutorial has a free YouTube video walking you through the pattern. I always love a good Rose and Lily pattern!
Candy Corn by Rose and Lily
Level: Beginner
https://www.roseandlilyamigurumi.com/2022/10/mini-crochet-candy-corn-free-quick.html?m=1 These quick little candy cones are easy to ship up and would be adorable as Halloween decor! Mine took about 30minutes to make, but I’m sure would be faster without a toddler crawling on me.
Popcorn Stitch Pumpkin by This Southern Girl Can
Level: Beginner/intermediate
These pumpkins are beautiful and would make lovely fall decor! Because it doesn’t have a spooky component, you could probably use it through Thanksgiving! The popcorn stitch isn’t very difficult, but I would still put this pattern between beginner and intermediate, solely based on that stitch.
Easy Pumpkin by At Home with Joanna
Level: Beginner
For an easier pumpkin pattern, I recommend this one! I loved making these pumpkins and I use cinnamon sticks for the stems. It honestly doesn’t add much scent, but it’s super cute perfect for fall decor!
Easy Crochet Bat by Crochet Grove
Level: Beginner/Intermediate
