I get this question all of the time: “I paid for digital files, now how do I get them?” There isn’t an option on the mobile app to download digital files, so it often confuses and frustrates buyers. I’m here to lay out some very simple instructions to ease some of that annoyance and frustration. First, I’ll share screen shots from my iPhone to guide you, then I’ll share screen shots from my PC. Hopefully, this will clear things up.
